Thrive youth groups meet every other Sunday from 5PM to 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. All youth grades 2-12 are welcome to join us for a light supper, fellowship and lots of fun activities.

Disicples Women
Disciples Women meet the 4th Monday of each month and all ladies of the church are invited to attend.
Through study, worship, service, prayer and giving, the DW seek to develop all women in Christian living& service.
Some of the activities the DW offer:
- Rummage Sale twice a year
- Book Study Group at the Bookmark Cafe at noon each Wednesday
-Women's Retreat usually in the fall
Disciples Men
Our Disciples Men's group have scheduled meetings throughout the year. All men of the church are invited to attend meetings and help with organized activities such as:
-Men's Breakfast and Congregational Breakfast
- Yearly Chili Supper
Music ministry
FCC has a music ministry developed of the Praise Team and FCC Choir. They practice every Wednesday evening from 7-8 pm in the sanctuary. The praise team leads worship music every Sunday at 10 AM and the choir typically performs twice a month (from September through May) and also performs a yearly Christmas Cantata and other special music performances.
If you are interested in joining our music ministry, please meet with us each Wednesday for practice or contact Joel Kenemore, Director of Music.
Young adult ministry
The Young Adult Ministry is a new ministry to FCC. It is made up of the younger adults in our congregation from ages 25 to 55. We will be meeting throughout the year in various places.

the upper room
Come join us for our inaugural meeting on Thursday, September 21 from
6-8pm at Capone's Bar downtown Shelbyville in the upper room. We will share a drink (your choice) and conversation.
